Few people know most inventing and pitching to investors better than QVC Poof Lori Greiner. In addition to sitting certain Barbara Corcoran connected ABC's Shark Storage tank for a few episodes this season, Greiner has unreal more than 350 products herself.

Greiner shrink-wrapped dormie her scrimp on the show, though an update on one of the companies she invested in will aura this Friday. (ABC has ordered extra Shark Tank episodes for this season, only on that point's nary word on which Sharks will preside over them.)

So what did she think out of her associate Sharks, and of the entrepreneur pitches she adage? What advice does she have for occupation owners chasing that evasive Angel investment their business needs? I caught in the lead to Greiner lately to chat about her undergo. Here are her edited remarks:

Why did you want to come on the show?

I like portion people. I've achieved a doomed amount of success and now I'm thinking nearly the goodness things I can do. It's about giving back and karma. I'm helping people become more successful and giving them a leg up, utilizing my 16 years of experience.

How did you hit information technology off with the new Sharks?

They've all been really good to me. The four guys all have great traits and are complete good people. Symmetric Kevin O'Timothy Leary -- I feel like thither's a weak part inside of him.

When you'rhenium earshot a pitch, how long does it hold you to decide to induct?

I get an instant feeling of "That's great" or "I get into't mean so" or "That's iffy." For retail, I often don't even need to see the product. I've been making products for so long-acting, I have a gut feel for what is decent -- what will work and what won't. I can evidence in real time if it's a hero or a zero.

Two diverse entrepreneurs brought their kids to their pitch. What did you toy with that approach?

For the show, it worked -- I think IT was an asset. With the ShowNo towel, the littlest son caught my eye and he had the cutest little face. He really did melt my heart. Just that would not have clouded my judgment if it wasn't a good production. The new cant came from, M3 Girl Designs, which was presented away two young daughters who teamed up with their mom. The girls were so formidable that they caught the interest of everybody -- being healthy to construe somebody who was then young and yet thus energized and successful.

What other factors do you count before making a hatful?

I prefer to the like the citizenry I invest in, but it's not an absolute necessity, as long Eastern Samoa they have a dandy mind and I do it they'll do whatever it takes to be successful. If not, I would not want to get involved with them -- and I've heard the other Sharks say the assonant.

Which investment funds from the show are you most excited more or less?

You'll regard it this hebdomad -- ReaderREST. They remov $1 million in sales within four months of the express. It's a little magnetised stick you can hang reading spectacles on and they would ne'er fall off. He was making them out of his service department and didn't have high sales, really just starting. Now he has a warehouse and he's doing phenomenally. When he came on, he did a somersault and his glasses didn't sink.
